The Playa Blanca seafront promenade, located a 20-minute bicycle ride away, and its adjoining streets, as well as the Marina Rubicón area, also have many restaurants, bars and shops.


Beaches
The most popular beaches among tourists in Playa Blanca are Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo. If you follow the Playa Blanca seafront promenade you reach Playa de Papagayo, one of the most famous beaches in Lanzarote thanks to its emerald-colour waters which produce a stunning contrast with the white sands. Nearby you can visit Los Ajaches Natural Monument.




Montaña Roja Reserve
The Montaña Roja Special Natural Reserve is 410 acres in size and home to the Montaña Roja volcano, which stands at 561 ft. above sea level. On its slopes you can enjoy the unique experience of bathing in a natural seawater pool.
Timanfaya National Park
Located 12 miles from the hotel, in the municipalities of Yaiza and Tinajo, this park of volcanic origin whose latest eruptions took place in 1824 has a total of 25 volcanoes. Some of them are well known, such as Montañas del Fuego, Montaña Rajada and Caldera del Corazoncillo. The park is considered to be Lanzarote’s most impressive natural site.
